What is the duration of an inspection ?<\/span><\/h4>

An inspection usually takes between 2 to 3 hours. The duration varies depending on the type of building being inspected.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>

When is the inspection report handed in?<\/span><\/h4>

The inspection report will be emailed to you within a maximum of 48 hours after the inspection. <\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>

Is my presence required during the inspection?<\/span><\/h4>

It is not mandatory to be present during the inspection, but <\/span>it is strongly recommended<\/span>. In fact, the inspector now be able to answer all of your questions and show you, on the spot, the problems or the deficiencies identified in the building.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>
